On the 200k figure that people are saying the club want to pay.

Hasn't it been said it costs 10k running costs to run the stadium on the matchday, if so 200k doesn't even cover the running costs for the season. Unless it is 200k on top of running costs for each game which I guess would would be ok

The rent is on top of 'running costs'

You might reasonably think that, but doesn't Fisher like to equate the £10,000 per match to rent? If he was including that, would he effectively be asking ACL to subsidise CCFC playing there?

No I think he was trying to say that we already pay £250k running costs before rent, and that hey have continued to pay while withholding the rent.

It also adds to the point that including rent we're paying (supposed to be anyway) £1.53m for the use of the 100x50 metre bit of grass and accompanying seats 23-26 times a year

If the 400k is true and 50% of catering revnue (not sure how they can do that ) then SISU should for the moment bite the hand that is feeding them. They gain nothing and lose evrything if they don't. There is something fishy here and I expect we should watch this space in the coming week!

Those who say a compromise that suits all parties.
Should consider what TF is up to.

He said that if we don't go up he doesn't get paid simple as that.

Maybe the sacking of the manager (IMO)
Or the delay in getting a new one leading to 5 straight league defeats. May have him thinking he won't be seeing his money.

Then if he secures,a fantastic deal for SISU on this he can still bring a ball back to joy.

Does that offer sound unreasonable?

66 % reduction in the rent and 50 % of the catering.

I thought his bonus cheque was if he secured the Higgs deal dongon?
