We ultimately got it wrong today , Spain changed things and kicked on after half time , we had a moment where we got ourselves back in it , but then sat back in and allowed Spain to get back ontop almost immediately.

This. And in the first half as well, despite the fact we matched them defensively first half, we never got near the way they play. We’re just not particularly great.

They dictated everything and despite the fact they didn’t get much joy first half, in the end something works out when you play like that.
