We have a building like that at my work, and it's perfectly fine for what the club needs. I'd expect it's a temporary solution while something more permanent is sorted. Whether thats waiting for planning permission or finding a new site.

The old gym was tucked away down in the bottom left of the video taken from the drone.
Nothing in that corner visible from that footage.
I'd expect a new state of the art gym to not be a tent. Pretty sure that is not it.

Yeah - can see that now. The more videos that come out, the more that you can get your bearings/build a picture of the layout.
Insides of the lodge are looking so much better too!!

Shocking how Ryton was and the neglect. Great to see the investment to bring it up to speed. Of course we would love a massive new next generation training complex but that costs a lot of money, so it’s good to see how we maximise what we can with Ryton.

wasn't it sold not long ago. it would be a good idea but how much would it cost compared to say having everything at the uni?
