Randall looks a decent player for Peterborough tonight. Good goals and assists stats. Comfortable and composed on the ball.

Diego Luna..............No, not Cassian Andor.

Diego Luna, the footballer, is a 20 year old kid playing with Real Salt Lake. Loads of talent and confidence. Already has his first USMNT cap. Will be a focal piece of the U23 squad competing in Paris this summer. He is stepping into a larger role for RSL this season after tearing it up at the end of 2023. He will be in a Top 5 league in no time. My guess is he ends up with a lower-table top division club in Spain or Italy, but you never know if you can convince a guy like him to come be a starter and win promotion to the Premier League.

Alot of arm waving...did he look interested. Usually he's the last to drop his head. He's already dreaming of pastures new and trying hard not to get injured.

Thing is Palmer had a bit of mare and once Saka went off it was difficult for him to move about and get in better positions

His lack of pace will be his undoing if he steps up to the Premier League …. To be small and average paced you need to be exceptional … he’s not that.

He can aspire to be a Peter Beardsley type. He has all the attributes to be that type of player. If he's anywhere near as good he will do OK.

Does he have an offer from an Premier league team on the table, who knows, let's see how he performes until the end of the season.

I think he will get an offer from a promoted club but I thjnk both COH and Hamer won’t be Prem players 2 seasons from now …

How did Rudoni look last week? Don't think I've seen him play live. How does he differ from COH?

Looking at stats, he's probably ahead of where O'Hare was at the same age (more games, same level).

We won't find an affordable like-for-like replacement, at least in the EFL, but would Rudoni be decent?

He was good last week, always trying to make things happen. He's a good player. Lot of upside in terms of his tenacity & work rate but the end product isn't always there. His finishing & ball striking particularly need work. Similar to O'Hare at that age I guess.
He's absolutely the type of project that MR & AV would relish, problem is he's under contract until 2026 with Huddersfield having the option of an additional year too so would be expensive.

Still think that O'Hare hasn't made a decision. If we don't go up this season (which is more than likely), he probably will be off, but you never know. We really should of laid down a contract for him last summer, if only a 1 year extension. He would of signed that.
He should get a run in the team now, and will almost certainly start against Man U at Wembley.

He’s off. It’s been confirmed

I wouldn’t be surprised if we set up in a 433 at times next year rather than a 4231. Viveash mentioned how they see Torp as an 8 rather than a 10 or a 6.

He wouldnt have signed it, No incentive at all for him to. He has negotiated a good deal as a free agent.

We've got to accept that even if we get promoted (unlikely), CoH is probs off if he keeps playing like he is.

Palmer will be around so there's a player to compete with whoever comes in. Torp could play there if needed.

as we could go down the Torp and Sakamoto route (value from abroad) or the EMC route (EFL standouts)...

Any SBT scouts have players in mind that could do what he does i.e. press, play in tight areas, create, score?

He’s off. And rejected a top offer from club.
