All good managers say the right things and all shite managers say the wrong things so he must be a good manager.

I want to be our.next manager. I will always say the right things. I know I would then be a good manager.

He's basically saying exactly the same as he'll be saying when we all think he's shit.

But then it won't be the right thing to say and people will have grown tired of his honesty.

Edit: I'm not having a go at Robins. I'm taking the piss out of our fans.

Give him a break fs. The sooner we accept a mid table finish the less disapointed we will be. Lets not forget scunny have been scoring 4 fun recently so was allways gonna be hard match

When you say scoring for fun, you mean like 1 match before us right? Must be great fun that

Not strictly accurate of Course ,but a new manager syndrome 3 games, two away both won .I've just looked and their next two are at home ,Hartlepool due to announce new manager this week ,Will scunny be above us in a couple of weeks??

Won't be long until we are saying he is spouting the same rubbish over an over again now

Well, if we keep losing the same way we have been for the passed two season I'm sure he will be "spouting the same rubbish over an over again" very shortly.

I said last week these five games in November will be the measure of what he can do for us. We face what looks like 'easier' fixtures and all winable. Then Scunthorpe happens. Lets just see what happens next shall we? I think he will be looking at these fixtures the same way. he's probably furious about yesterday. A week to get that sorted and we will see what happens. Every team has a turning point in a season and hopefully the next few will be that. Once that momentum is established we will succeed. There's a long way to go. McGoldrick will continue to score for fun so wins are there for us.

one small point not mentioned by anyone. laws is a decent manager, Scunny won 4-1 away last game and whether this was a bad defeat or not might yet not be the disasterous result we think it is.

Excellent post :claping hands: agreed, we need to stop panicking over one loss. If we lose 3 or 4 in a row, then yes, ask questions, but we will lose games

Interesting point Pacman a draw away at Yeovil was deemed a very bad result by many. Yet they are 4 points off the play offs. Who knows what Scunthorpe are all about at the moment.

This is a very unpredictable league. Let's hope we get that run I and a few others like yourself thinks we,are capable of.

You cant say something that optimistic :O we are going to finish 24th ;)

Agree Dongo, we shouldn't be ranking teams on what we think are beatable. we should go into every game knowing it will be tough, and the opposition will step it up against us anyway, same as they do against Sheff utd etc ...
