Can’t believe the pathetic policing, they just look like they don’t know what to do, back in the bad old 70s/80s all that lot in the corner would be in vans.
Unusual footwear choice for them, though toe nailed boots would be better to kick the fans with

Yeah, but the sale items you can buy online and buy like a Stoney jumper and pay it off at 60 quid a month.
Was the same in the 70s the aggro uniform were stay press, Harrington jackets and doc Martin’s all expensive then followed by crombie coats, Pringle jumpers, loafers, sheepskin jackets and tonic trousers costing loads of money.

Well that's because we've had more than three decades of relative inactivity in the grounds as far as hoolie activity is concerned.
Back then they were well up on the game hence the swift action.
Didn't SPG regularly police Albion home fixtures late 1970's well into the '80's?

Tbf I must be doing it all backwards. I used to spend all my money on going everywhere with City. Now I spend way more on designer label and do about 10 away games a season. Just not Stone Island. Can’t bring myself to do it.

If you are gonna sit in the wrong end, how hard can it be to just stay quiet and take in the game? It’s so fucking easy.
Nearly got in trouble v Charlton years ago. They got a last gasp equaliser (good goal it was too) and there was no way I was able to leap up and cheer with utter glee! Sitting down quietly looking morose didn't cut it as being undercover!

I’ve seen more violence in the 3 years since COVID than 30 years prior to COVID

In the upper tier on Friday 3 of our fans were trying to pick a fight with anyone that looked at them. They looked like complete and utter scumbags

Heard about these, maybe the same anyway, and apparently they were put in their place outside afterwards.

Levi's denim and shirts for skinheads and suedeheads as well.
Perry boys just being ahead of the full on casual phenomenon.

Il probably get laughed at here but i blame 2 things

Social media. So easy to stoke fires over trivial shit and give it the big one. Look at Sunderland with us. Never any bother until the social media twats start banging on about it

Cocaine. Its everywhere. Fucking easier to get hold of than cheese. Leading to the chav brigades now not only being pissed up and thinking they're hard, but being sniffed up and thinking they can take on the world

Its going to keep getting worse and worse until the police actually start doing their job and leather the fuck out of the perpetrators giving them jail time again instead of ignoring it

We have a large section of these kind of muppets now aswell, and if we get Villa at home next round I wouldnt bet against similar scenes unfolding at the CBS

They do it quite openly in the bogs. Some are more “discrete” and use the same cubicles. Unless they’re noshing each other off.

Its a sport ffs. I hate ultras, hooligans, and anything else of that stripe. Soccer is to entertain you, not to be a platform to be a prick, air your political beliefs, etc.

I was just about to post something similar about post covid. My mates and I have been saying the same for a while…it’s like people stopped knowing how to behave.

Agree with saddlebrains about coke not helping, mainly with the young crew…all a bit much for them !
