How have Villa not been smacked hard with the FFP stick, got a net transfer expenditure of £400 million In the last 8/9 years Including several £100+ mill seasons within the last 5 years. Even their Grealish sale season they spent more on transfers than took in.

Think Villa paid £30million to get Tammi Abrahams on loan, big gamble but his goals did go a long way to earn them promotion, look at them now but a risky gamble too big a risk imo.
I’m pretty sure there wasn’t a loan fee, they just paid all of his weekly wage.

Not in the mood to discuss the fortunes of Aston Villa or Tammy Abraham although apparently he is up for transfer and looking at his age would have played for our Adi when he ran the Chelsea acadamy

Check the fucker out it’s on the Chelsea and Villa sites, to be honest I’m not bothered.
You’re the one who brought it up?

@shmmeee persuaded me that signing a no. 9 could actually be an answer to the numbers issue up front, so I'm hoping we've sent someone to the Asian Cup to sneak home with Al-Hamadi.

He would be fantastic same as Femi Aziz would be . Think it all depends where we are heading now ? The recent link with the Argentinian lad suggests we are looking for players with a view for the PL .
Whether Aziz or Al-Hamadi fit that now is questionable , I’m hoping for another Wow signing out of left field before the window shuts and maybe a loanee

I’d rather we sign Al Hamadi over that Notts Co striker (who we aren’t signing anyway)
Definetly, I just wonder whether we’ve moved away from the old model of buying young players from lower leagues and are now looking at young players from higher leagues ??
Either way I would still welcome Al-HamadI or Aziz

There’s no bigger supporter of MR on here and whoever he signs I will accept and back 100% but he has moved on and he is now signing players to go straight in the first team, players such as Aziz might get snapped up in the summer but I doubt it will be this week.
