Will be interesting to see if he brings with him his usual post-Christmas collapse
Remember that Barnsley game,to go top of the league or whatever,2-0 20 mins gone, collapse win 4-3 to a team that hadn't won in twelve and tailed off from that point on?

Not the championship but I still can't believe VAR gave Liverpool a penalty when Jota went down against Newcastle.

Sunderland 🤣🤣
First they rebrand the home areas in the SoL to have Geordie slogans for the cup game on Saturday & have now apologised and are changing it back. I hope the Georgia's redecorate it for them.
And now they are in trouble for sending tickets to home fans with the EFL branding on the tickets which under FA Cup rules is not allowed. To make things worse they have rebranded it as a League 1 fixture!

Identical looking tackle for Calvert-Lewin's VAR red card tonight.

As you say, amazed Morton's was overturned.

Do they publish the panel's decisions? Couldn't find one for our appeal.

Fun times at Blackburn. Management say they need more experience, then loan out captain Travis and bring in Ayari on loan.

Djed Spence sent back by Leeds, not gone to plan since calling Warnock out! Sort of player Robins could get back on track but obviously not going to happen.
Seems it's problems with his attitude off the pitch which is why they've sent him back. Tottenham were already apparently fed up with him, at this rate he'll end up disappearing down the leagues.

They're headed the way of Reading I think. It seems there is some sort of freeze on the Venky's funds in India which is preventing them putting any more money in.

A new law passed over there which doesn’t allow them to siphon money off overseas.

Something like that, they get taxed to oblivion don't they?

India's answer to Bernard Matthews haven't been great for Blackburn have they?
Essentially Steve Waggott has been told he has to make the club fund itself until the owners can find a workaround. Sounds familiar

If they don't sell up a stint in league 1 is on the cards for them, their form has been massively hit and miss for 2 seasons now... did Diaz go on a free?

He did. Luckily for them Szmodics signed a new deal a short while ago, one hell of a player.

Yea, he was always good but had really stepped up this season. It's funny how that often happens, no one would have thought Szmodics would have had this level of output... Was he at Peterborough before Blackburn?

Yeah, I didn't rate him there at all either

Puzzling as to why they wanted to own a football club in the first place, they have never looked interested

They’ve put a lot of money in to essentially a small club in terms of revenue - they were gullible and Conned essentially by Coleman’s mate

I thought Szmodics was a decent player for years, but never expected this kind of output from him.
