Wired headphones still have superior sound quality imo (well, good ones do).

Sound quality is important, don't settle.
Don't think my ears are good enough to pick up on the intricacies of sound quality, but I've got the airpods and they're defintely better than my old wired ones, probably down to noise cancellation though. Plus the freedom of head movement, you can't go back once you've gone wireless

Went to the offal to see the line-up, it genuinely has 10 players in the "Starting XI". I had to figure out from this thread that Sakamoto was starting.

This is getting way off topic but I bought a decent-ish not super expensive (were about £80 I think) pair of wired headphones and they are so much better than my AirPod Pros.

Having said that isn't he using the really shit free headphones you get with your phone.

Incredibly unimportant, but am I the only person who finds it weird when professional football players, with all that expendable cash, still have wires on their headphones?

I was firmly in the wired camp until I got a good pair of wireless ones. But in the last two months, my daughter dropped one of her's into the weird underseat aircon tube in the back of my car (I had to deliberately drive up a steep hill so it would trickle back out), her friend dropped one down a drain, and I dropped one in my dog's steaming pile of fresh shit. Still works, in case you're wondering.

You work for Apple don't you?

I don't want my head to move thank you very much, it's quite happy where it is.

It's fine, I'm sure people can muster an extra scroll to ignore these. Over the ear ones I can get having wires still, but in ear, turn your head and one pops, that's a royal pain in the arse. In fairness, he just might not care much. But if they spend hundreds on Louis Vitton washbags...

I'm looking forward to seeing Tats in the number 10 role. We mustn't judge him just on today, so I would like to see him given a few games in that role to see how he gets on. If he runs at defenders the way we know he can then he could be a handful.

He should be confident after his excellent display against Norwich
