Because of the position (next to the away end) it isn’t as usable on matchday as it would be by the casino

It might be the only bit they need permission for, if the work is happening within the existing unit. It's already got permission for use as a retail outlet.

If it was replacing The Anecdote it would need a change of use application rather than just a change of signage.

Extending the existing - if possible - would make far more sense. I can’t imagine Fraser’s would be happy to sacrifice the Anecdote unless it’s losing its arse, which given the price they charge for a pint, I doubt. It’s a great spot on match days, especially in winter to escape the cold

Did the Wasps ‘superstore’ ever open its doors before they went Kaput? Is that now just redundant space? Could also be the alternative.
