Fuck sake, looks like there are no beers and will have to drive.

Hope the c*nts stand on lego.
What time you going? There are some trains running.

My daughter went to Birmingham on Tuesday by train when there was a strike and will be travelling today too.

They re running to Birmingham about every 15-20 mins.

Just bear in mind the last train is at 18.00

So, actually, I don't think it will be much use to you. Unless you aren't coming back of course. 😉

Oh are they still running OK to get there?

Yeah that's a bit early, don't fancy an Uber. Never got the bus from Brum before, does it just go direct or stop off everywhere and take hours?

How much is the bus nowadays?

Guessing your daughter will get student rates and probably a bus pass?

Just trying to weigh up options and whether to risk it or not. Always end up getting a taxi and spending about £50 after a few beers so trying not to.

There is actually a bus at midnight and then 1 am, but that only goes to Birmingham International. You could get an Uber from there

My daughter has done that a few times too. 🙄 Not through choice. Through necessity.

I think it's about a fiver. Not certain though. Yes, my daughter has a student bus pass.

You could consider National Express from Digbeth, which takes about 35mins. Might still be a bit early at 9pm. About £5

She probably hasn't had 10 pints though.
Umm....

She is 17 and was telling me on Father's Day that she was blind drunk a about a year and a half ago, after drinking everything on offer and she threw up in the pub, threw up over her boyfriend's best friend, threw up in the Uber and then threw up at her boyfriend's house.

😂

I think it may well have been the equivalent of 10 pints. 😂

Fair play to her! Have to experience those things.

Boyfriend though? Fuck that, get him dealt with.

It's her third boyfriend she's on now. 😂 To be fair, this one I really like. Seems a really decent lad. They do seem very well matched.
