To hate that little crappy patronising, misused whistling icon.

As sad as it is to admit, it always evokes anger in me.

Why someone thinks, I know I will put a face whistling and this will validate my opinion.

Quick question when you are in the pub and you make a comment that you think disproves another person's opinion. Do you say it, followed by a chirpy little whistle.

No, because you would either be punched, have a bar stool introduced to your temple. If you are lucky someone would think you are special and they move away.

Stick ya whistling pacman, up your arse

I knew that was coming and am currently stamping on my phone.

It is bloody annoying though
Don't see much wrong with it tbh, I use it when I make a jokey sarcastic tongue in cheek comment. Otherwise some people think you are serious when you say something which was clearly meant in humour

It is the equivalent of using a sarcastic tone which I would do without expecting a punch in the face in return

That is the correct way, in humour.
However it is mostky used when they think they have just blown a massive hole in another person's opinion.
How does whistling relate to that?
There are plenty of icons, I would use if I could when I see the whistling Pacman :)
Maybe I think about this a tad too much.

You are moaning about a whistling smiley, but have nowt to say about the :jerkit: one?

I know which one would annoy me more and make me more likely to want to whack a bar stool over someone's head.

My bad makes me want to kill. Bore off equally. Although my particular hatred at the moment is quoting a post and putting "this"

It's, "I agree" for fuckin cunting sakes

Thanks for that, Macca. I wondered what the hell "this" was supposed to mean when used with a quote. Why can't people write in English?

Hate the wanker one as well, far too rude.

Don't mind the head slap, shows frustration.

The whistle WTF.

When do you whistle at the end of a sentence?
