Yeah, lost our cushion though. This one is definitely 3 points dropped. They'd not won since August. Can only be classed as disappointing if we have ambitions to maintain our lofty status.

McFadzean started the season really well but has looked out of sorts for the last four games. I think his experience and leadership is important but tend to agree we should play Rose or Hyam in the centre

Some pretty derogatory comments towards Preston. Seen cloggers and workmanlike chucked around when they have pacey and skillful players in their team. No doubt we could easily come away with a result from there but I don't think it's fair to just cast them off as shite.

O'Hare was way off the pace apart from the assist. Gyokeres didnt look his normal self. Its on the night rather than reputations.

Robins will be angry with the application second half. Allowed Preston ball and territory…second to most first and second ball. And no urgency when went 2-1 down; never troubled their defence. Disappointing to say the least.

It's not really "dropping" him, he did ok but notice how at the end they directed our play out towards his side a lot & just let him have it knowing he'd have to check back inside? If that was JCS he drives down the line or even swings it in himself in the dying moments. Just offers much better balance.

didn’t see game but if we pressed hard 1st half it’s simple we just ran out of puff it’s a gruelling league, playing two strikers and a link man is very brave cos if you don’t kill the game quickly you’ll be in trouble, midweek games are tough
