CCFC INFLUENCE - Thorn/Shaw/Carsley ??? (1 Viewer)

Now we have a much improved first line management/coaching team with AT as Manager, Richard Shaw as Asst Manager and Lee Carsley as Chief Coach who do you think will have more say/influence on team selection and tactics when taking into account there respective official roles.

I can see AT as again being primarily the quiet man in full consultation with the other two but can expect some serious in yer face interaction from RS who from his video interviews and general personna appears to be naturally very articulate, quite vociferous and forthright.

LC comes across as a backroom type operator with possibly timely and meaningful interventions when needed but only if the other two "stop and listen"

Overall could be a more than decent crew for CCFC with RS definitely having more influence than his official role suggests.

Lee Carsley coming from the academy and playing with some of the players not long ago will be the person who puts his arm around the players and guides the youth player and be someone the players can talk to, Shaw will probably be the one to tell it how it is and give the players a rollicking when things go wrong

Given that all 3 of them got a nose-bleed as soon as they crossed the half-way line during their playing careers....who's gonna be coaching the forwards? Oggy?
