What are the rules of face coverings at matches? Do they need to be on all the time or only when you are moving (e.g to your seat to the toilet, to refreshments etc...)

Yep, its a condition of entry. Were required to be worn on coaches travelling to the game as well.

Please ensure that you wear a face covering at all times, even when seated in the stadium bowl.
