Dacosta is nuts very erratic, Dabo has been a huge loss this season. If he can be coached Dacosta has all the attributes he is just so lawless though

Think the club always knew that would be the case & that's the nature of signing cheap players, you're not going to get a finished article that can excel at this level.
I'm sure the plan was to nurture him & coach him into our system & integrate him slowly. Of course Dabo's injury problems made that impossible.
Of course he was written off by many after his first appearance though. Given time I think he could become an asset.

He was absolutely where he needed to be every single time tonight. Won just about everything that came at him. To be fair to them all, the entire defence dealt with pretty much everything.

He’s so incredibly young to be able to play at this level is a testament to his ability.

He needed taking out of the firing line in Jan/Feb but we couldn’t. Fair play to him for playing himself back into form and dominating tonight.

Sam showed his class tonight, though he really stepped up and look back to his best.

Dacosta looks a bit headless and seesm to be filling in imho, a bit bargin basement. Dacostacutter.

Kelly and Mcfazdean are two years older and creaking. Rose and Hyam look like they are in decline, Dabo and Godden seem to be struggling to recover fitness.

Ahem.....................

Ive never criticised him this season. At 35 it’s obvious he will be past his best and the whole squad from that year is not what it was

We're a goal up and with 5 minutes left, he first made that run and cross shot, but the bit just after when Gyo? backheeled it across the 6 yard box and he was trying to get on the end of it !!! Lord knows what MR was thinking on the touchline.

Mc Callum and Mcfadz were immense tonight. But nobody had a bad game.

McCallum won't get into Norwich's team next season, but he's better than a relegation battle so will probably end up on loan with a top 6 championship club next season.

I can't see him being with us next season

Not a huge McCallum fan but fair play to him, top performance tonight, mainly defensively. And that’s where my issue lies. He’s a good LB but not convinced at LWB.

Shame we prob won't keep him next year ubless we can convince Norwich we won't be in a relegation dog fight again

I have always been a McFadz fan. But I do feel this is his indian summer and we need to replace him in summer. But he has been a real leader for us and his experience shows.

He played great tonight. Looked up for it from the start, and to be fair he hasn’t always looked as up for it as he did tonight. Still a class player though, shame he’s not ours.

They said as much in commentary.
Don't suppose we'll be considered as top 6 material?!

Don’t mean to downplay the achievement but everyone’s been banging on about how Rotherham are a L1 team so should we be going overboard about this performance?

If Norwich are loaning him again, unless they want him in a side playing similarly to Norwich I can’t see why another year here wouldn’t be the best option. Stability and opportunity to play guaranteed.

I've had a moan about McCallum recently but that was his best performance for us. Defensively pocketed their lad.

Unsurprisingly, Giles was poor. There were people saying had we kept him we'd have been safe by now. Lol.

Rotherham are league one fodder than Wycombe beat 3-0 a couple of games ago. Let’s celebrate the win and hopefully survival but we need to acknowledge the mistakes made this year and improve

No

Whilst we played well against what was in front of us, it's all about the 3 points, and that goes for the remaining games of this season

If we stay up we need to acknowledge a job well done by the manager and the team. Robiins will have kept us up despite major long term injuries to key players, Godden, Kelly, Marosi, Rose, Walker and Dabo. We have managed for a good 50% of the season without our first choice strikers. He will also have kept us up despite having the second lowest budget, a budget miles lower than most teams in this league.
Maybe time for some of our ‘supporters ‘to acknowledge the mistakes they have made this season, constantly criticisingI and carping. I don’t expect this to happen however as it would seem that unless we are constantly winning, then Robins is nothing but a muppet.

You’re spot on mate. But I think for the most part it is a very small (if loud) minority. Away from SBT in the real world I haven’t spoken to one fan who wants him gone or doesn’t appreciate what a great job he will have done keeping us up this season.
