I don’t know what it is. Is it not your natural reaction when a foul doesn’t go your way that you are seething and up in the ref’s face? Maybe it’s different at a professional level. It’s so absurd seeing everyone so nonchalant on the pitch to it.

All that will get you, as we saw with Biamou, is a yellow for yourself.

The FA tongue the ref's arses, so you're not going to gain anything.

The ref was an absolute disgrace today, especially that last minute foul on O'Hare.

Did the ref know what persistent fouling is?! Only Morrison I think was booked for it but there should have been a number of. How many times did Wilson foul? The last one on O'Hare was disgraceful - should have been red. Dreadful referee performance. Let alone the penalty he missed on Biamou.

Agreed, we didn’t look up for it today but the ref was soft on Cardiff. Probably telling that all you could hear on the audio was MM shouting and swearing at the officials.

That seems to have been happening a lot to be honest. I feel like refs have been against us a lot this season. The fact Max got the first booking today is a joke.

That being said, even when I played and managed 11-a-side, if you had a tough ref, you have to compensate for that. Playing the victim and getting upset about it afterwards doesn't win you any points.

Absolutely ridiculous to criticise our players at the moment. We are battling to stay in the Championship with a squad that thanks to our owners is not of Championship standard. They are doing their best as is the manager. Get behind the team please.

So wait, the players get a free pass to not have any bottle and not show fight because...the owners haven’t replaced them with better players? What?

I just don't buy into this theory that we lacked any fight, to me the team kept trying right to the end. We just weren't good enough on the day and suffered from too many costly individual errors. I would agree however that in comparison to most Championship teams and Cardiff particularly, our players are more light weight, and when we play those teams with a ref who is soft on penalising such sides we are at a clear disadvantage. Overall I think our main issue this season has been more to do with naivety than any lack of bottle.

I was always in the refs face especially when we had a couple of youngsters playing for us who were getting kicked, I told him he was a disgrace and waiting for someone to get badly injured, he promptly booked me ...thats why I have little to no respect for Refs, I will say the said ref never sent the booking in because I said I was reporting him... we did have some decent ones though but not many. As I have said before the little hitlers bring it upon themselves with their lack of sensible discipline and arrogant attitude...cue an Adge reply !
