Right team formation in my view, but disappointed to see Giles dropped. MR couldn’t quite go full gung ho I suppose. I like McCallum but it’s too as effective offensively and is a little off form.

Feel for Sheaf but Hamer is the better player and Kelly is Captain and Mr Reliable for MR, so I can see why he loses out.

Really excited by the front two. I’m a big Biamou fan as I’m not a dinosaur who rates strikers purely on goals scored, but I am looking forward to seeing the melt downs on here when he does something that is perceived to be wrong.

Still confident of a win, and with this formation an attacking brand of football too.

It was the last game I went to. Fucking freezing snow and one of headlights died on me.
The worst for me was pompey in terms of nerves, when we scored I couldnt even celebrate properly I was literally overcome with nerves that night

Do you mean like the suicidal pass that cost us the game at forest or the sitters missed at watford?

Agree, glad he’s gone for two up at hone. Giles being on the bench might be part breather and partly due to McCallum being a bit more solid defensively (I’m going to contradict myself a bit by saying I personally thought Sam Mc looked knackered/off the pace against Derby, strange as he had Norwich game off). Would’ve been tempted to play Giles ahead of Ohare and bring Ohare on later in game but let’s see how it pans out. Like the look of the team overall and some options on bench. Fingers crossed !

Think I would have preferred Baka to chase down their backs and keeper but his pace with Giles and Jobello late on might be crucial.

Couple of quick questions. Have we had a penalty given to us in the league yet?
Has anyone been sent off against us?

We had a penalty against Bournemouth. Nobody has been sent off against us yet.

We scored a penalty in the loss to Bournemouth. However I have noticed this year that nearly all the Midlands teams against teams particularly away to London and Southern Clubs seem to have a penalty awarded against them or a player sent off. Forest had both in today's game against Reading. It does raise an eyebrow!
