You know who you are!!
Exactly mate. Long way to goTotally agree CVD. But in the same way I wasn't panicking after the last few games, I'm not getting overly excited by this.
Fair fucks to Robins for changing it up. We looked much better. But of course, one game at a time.

A manager and squad trying to find their way in a new, more competitive league. Who'd have thought it might take a bit of time?!
So excited by the set up tonight. It was just functional all over the pitch. A formation that our young players can grow and flourish in and our older heads can add experience to.A manager and squad trying to find their way in a new, more competitive league. While I agree about inflexibility, you could argue it's a strength that Robins gives things enough time to see if they gel or not before jumping - saves a load of panicky chopping and changing every game, where nobody ends up with a clue what's going on, including the players. So excited by the set up tonight. Robins frustrates the fuck out of me on the field when it's not working because it always takes him at least 3 or 4 games to sort it out, but he always gets there. Roll on Wednesday and another step towards mid table supremacy!!
Apologies, bit of a cheeky thread to start.
A few beers and the excitement of the win. Long way to go yet but great result
I see what you're saying. For me the box was fundamentally broken at this level though with the players we have available to play in it, so for me no amount of gel was ever going to work and yesterday's changes is the justification of that. While I agree about inflexibility, you could argue it's a strength that Robins gives things enough time to see if they gel or not before jumping - saves a load of panicky chopping and changing every game, where nobody ends up with a clue what's going on, including the players.
The next game should give us an answer.I see what you're saying. For me the box was fundamentally broken at this level though with the players we have available to play in it, so for me no amount of gel was ever going to work and yesterday's changes is the justification of that.
I look back at the Middlesboro game as 3 points lost - last night's team and formation would have won that. But I suppose the counter argument to that is whether the team would have worked and performed like they did yesterday if Middlesboro hadn't of happened.![]()
Ultimately, over the years, we've had plenty of false dawns, one-off games that we then resort to shite.I see what you're saying. Wycombe aren’t that far behind us now
The condescending comments about them on here have been pretty embarrassing.
It’s not against you, more those who seem to think we’re 1980’s AC Milan compared to them when in reality we’re going to be battling it out with them at the wrong end of the table.they're 4 points behind us, I think the most the gap has been when we've been on the same number of games played is 5.
