IF times were normal and we were playing in front of crowds, what do you think the attendance would be for this?

Considering the poor form, tiny away crowd and a less than exciting opposition on sky, just how low would it have been?

An easy three points for us tonight 😂, hopefully we will show some attacking intent tonight, and not sit back and invite pressure.

20 minutes looked too much for Dabo on Tuesday. Loose passes and out of position a lot. Either he’s unfit or the league is too much for him

I agree Fankaty looked ragged, but that is due to lack of recovery game time since operations/injury. We all know he was a different class in League 1. If there were two players from last season who we could have asked would have stepped up he would have been on everybody's list. My concern if he plays tonight is that they have a tricky quick little left winger/attacker who will cause issues if Fankaty goes wandering up the pitch but struggles to get back. When Fankaty is fit he will be a huge part of us picking up results in this league - his ability is not in question.

Slight extra concern for me is when a player at the back isn't fit (e.g. Fanakty) they are more liable to give away penalties/get red cards as a result of frustration and being slightly off the pace. That we really could do without tonight.

Didn't get phased for any of our games last year, but can't help but feel nervous before each game this season...

Torn between returning O'Hare to the team who is hopefully recharged a bit from having some rest or going two up front and putting Walker in (or Baka if Walker still isn't match fit)

Start with Callum and you isolate Godden imo, doesn’t have to be Walker but I think that was the plan at Brentford before he got Covid

Does anyone else pay way less attention to whether we are home or away atm? Up until about 2 minutes ago I thought we were away. Not that it makes any difference.

We haven’t played in Cov since 2019 so I guess it’s much of a muchness

One of the main issues is that this also applies to the players.

Makes you realise how insane it is that we’re attempting to stay in a league with the 2nd lowest budget and not even in our own ground
I doubt the ground is making any difference on the pitch atm, just somewhere to fulfil a fixture isn't it. Would probably make a difference when fans are back in as you'd have at least double the amount cheering the team on in Cov.

Those even thinking of having Robins replaced just consider how this season has started, first though let’s remember last season we signed I think it was ten players one was the reserve goalkeeper Wilson of the rest only Kasteneer failed, and we won promotion by a distance, this season of the players signed two, De Costa and Hilsner haven’t kicked a ball in anger yet, another Hamer missed three out of seven due to suspension, another Walker, laid off do to the virus and two of last years best players Rose and Dabo have hardly featured I’m not sure if a combination of Klopp, Pepp and Sir Alex could make a lot of difference taking into account the opposition and tonight’s game is v the divisions surprise high flyers Reading. After the game v Swansea which we know we could probably should have won, let’s step back a bit and see how things pan out the next what will be a tough month and give time for our best players and team to be available.

We made 70 mins odd on Tuesday lets see if we can improve on this - one step at a time and no sending off - onwards and upwards
