The Rangers and Celtic games I assume already have a feed produced for their own stations so Prem Sports can buy the rights for next to nothing. This one seems a bit more random.

Premier Sports have some sort of arrangement with Rangers - when you sign up it asks whether you are doing so to follow them
Don't know why this Swindon game is on there though
