No denying Lewis is fantastic. A phonemal driver. But for me, will always be second to Schumacher, purely on the basis that Michael won 2 World titles with Benetton in inferior cars both years to the Williams.

Also, he turned ferrari from mediocre to world beaters. Lewis hasnt done that. Mercedes plans for turbo hybrid from 2014 onwards were going to put them front for years even with a Lance Stroll driving it

difficult to argue with that. I would add though, that Schumacher was always no 1 in his team, whereas I think Lewis has lost 2 championships due to his team. 1 when it was clear to all that he needed fresh tyres, the team delayed until his tyres went, giving Ferrari the crown. Co incidence it was after the data stealing issue had come up between McLaren & Ferrari....?
The other when Rosberg won. The team had changed his winning pit crew over to Rosberg, and also made errors in pitting which cost Lewis the crown.

Oh deffo, china 07 was the most ludicrous thing I've seen put strategy wise. Cost him a debut championship for sure. Always thought it was due to 'spygate' so agree with you there.

He is a phenomenal driver and will most likely land all the records in F1. But as i say, just for me,n he isn't the GOAT. But tell you what dont think there will be many arguments on Schumacher, Hamilton and Senna being the top 3 of all time

Don’t buy the being bored of someone running away with it up front. There is loads going on in the midfield. Just enjoy it.

Plus there’s loads to go yet and it’s not being run away with by any stretch.

The midfield is ridiculously close this year. Racing Point, Renault, Mclaren all look very close. Albon had such a disappointing race. Days like today aren't going to help him keep that seat long term, Red Bull will want him much closer to upset Mercedes strategy options.

Ferrari just go from bad to worse this season. Unless they find some major pace tucked away somewhere, they're not going to win a race.

Albon is decent. But unless you are world class you are always going to look mediocre next to Verstappen. Not sure who can sensibly be his teammate and challenge him.

Top 2 are Hamilton and Verstappen by a pretty long way in my opinion.

I wonder if Renault believe they have some new evidence to bring to the table, given that the FIA have already said they believe the Racing Point is legal.

In any case, Renault can hardly complain about cheating, given their clever little brake bias system they'd been running illegally for some years (according to Grosjean, at least). Until it was rumbled by.... Racing Point.

Fucking obscene how good that car is. A second clear. Going to be a piece of piss, lewis will have title 7 soon. Boring

Could be a wet track to start. Plenty of rain about this morning, dying out probably mid afternoon. Although could be some thunder and lightning about. Very muggy

Feel for Albon...think he sadly will be replaced by Vettel at the end of the season.
Albon is a good driver, but the red bull car is having problems, and any comparison with Max, will not look good.
Vettel is also good friends with Dietrich Mateschitz + Helmut Marko of Red Bull

Word on the grapevine is Vettels already agreed a deal with Racing Point/ Aston Martin

Perez going red bull, albon replacing Kvyat who will disappear

Nurburgring, Imola and Portimao added to the calendar

Rumours that Sepang in Malaysia could also host a race. Not a bad circuit, probably one of Tilke's better designs.

Nurburgring could be chaos, hopefully a wet race.

Perez not racing this weekend due to testing positive for Corona!

Yeah, real shame that, sure he'll be ok but sad for everyone too as he's an exciting driver.

Wonder if one of their reserves gets the seat (Vandoorne/Gutierrez) but are they not involved in Formula E?

Couple of guest appearances from Hulkenberg or even Alonso?!?

Alonso won't get it, they wouldn't want tech stuff to be passed to Renault.
