Norwich defender - asking for £50m (Borussia Dortmund 'interested' I know it is only an asking price, but never heard of him, and just shows how the inflation levels get ridiculous the higher up you go. Bear in mind, Norwich are effectively in our division.

I saw him play against Watford & he looked quite assured . Not sure if he's worth 50m but Watford paid 35m+ for Sarr & he looked nothing special!

He played centre midfield for Shrewsbury in that year they made the playoff final. Very good player. Not sure about £50m though.

A Norwich fan said it would be much fairer if every team were given £50 million to spend. Pointed out that they all in fact get double that just from TV payments.

It’s surely more an inflation on the tag, I can’t see him going for that much but it’s comical to see Bellingham go for that much and not have proven much! Meanwhile you’ve got scum like Celtic offering 5 mil for Toney! If Bellingham is worth that much Toneys worth the same if not more to a club like Celtic that need a prolific goal scorer!

Honestly think it’s just a ‘give us what you’ve got’ move because either way they’ll take the big cheque or they’ll kee him to campaign to go back up. My mates a Norwich fan and he’s been saying they’re optimistic of getting promoted next season with their new signings. They seem to be retaining more players than Bournemouth but then again our homegrown boy has a lot to do with that with his excessive wages!

Then the rumours of him going for ten mil really make me laugh! Callum Wilson 10 mil! Nobody Norwich kid 50?
