Needs sorting, if things continue on the pitch as they have started 15000+ gates could be regular, that’s a lot of money disappearing from our coffers.
Don't get it? 15,000 gates, money disappearing from our coffers?
Sorry if I have missed something ...
If we get 15k, where is the money disappearing to??

I think what he's attempting to get across is that we'd be getting 15k at the Ricoh but nowhere near at St Andrews.

The difference being that things probably wouldn't be the same on the pitch playing on the ploughed field.

A quick update on trying to glean information regarding on "when" the EU Commission might give a ruling on SISU's complaint. I've not received three responses from the West Midland MEP's and I'm hoping for a response soon after 2nd September.

Couldn’t agree more. It’s a total farce being at St. Andrews (all parties) and we saw under mowbray and being around top come November December time gates were pushing 20k for the first time for ages. That gillingham game with the Murphy hat trick was special for me. That was the November.

Same fixture at st Andrews would be what say 7k and that’s roughly over 10k tickets down for one match. A quick estimate tells you at 12 extra tickets x £20 (let’s say) is almost a quarter of a million quid. That’s just ticket money.

Interesting reply from the green candidates office.

12 months so February to decide if to investigate and the possibility depending on how we leave that the Eu commission can only investigate matters in countries that are part of the Eu. Also with a link to follow if the commission is investigated for everyone to follow

Dear Sky Blue Pete,

Thank you for your email to Ellie regarding Coventry City Football Club.

I'm sorry to say that Ellie is not privy to information regarding the Commission's investigation. We understand the complaint was filed in February and it can take up to 12 months for the European Commission to decide whether to pursue the complaint. As the Commission can only investigate complaints regarding a breach of Union law in an EU country, the terms on which the UK exits the EU will affect this procedure. In a scenario where the Commission does investigate the complaint, you can follow the case's timeline at Case search - Competition - European Commission

With warm regards,
Parliamentary Assistant

I wouldn’t worry - we’ve got 40,000 people who would instantly forget this NOPM crap, and would travel to London.

I’m sure if we were top of the league a lot of people would forget their morals and find a reason to be in Birmingham

quote from Swansea press (they have even won awards)

“Thankfully, I have an outstanding and dedicated team of staff – who have been central to the quality of the pitch.“They have enabled us to win numerous top awards for the Liberty pitch over the years and I can’t thank them enough.

sorry, but I think we are all focused on the wrong thing.

This mass of NOPM or people who only go to away games. How many do we think ?, Whats our average away support , 2000 ?. Even assuming every single one of these is "away day only" (which clearly it isn't), we are a huge amount down on Coventry attendances
