Saw a Watford fan on twitter said there’d be around 7000 home fans there at regular match prices, so probably a good thing they’ve made it £10.

Great value. Glad to see some common sense (CCFC would have had to agree to prices too?) Gutted I don't get back until that night. Was hoping for a Wed game.

What is "over" 3000? That could be anything between 3001 and 22000! Why dont that put 3000 or the actual amount! Say 3024. It's the same amount of digits to put in to a tweet.

My companies EMEA HQ is in Watford so guess I'll be working from the office that day! £10 for a ticket as well, then I'm defo there for my 2nd game of the season.

Just got our Oxford tickets. Will get Watford ones too when they're released. Told my son we probably wouldn't be going to Watford so will be a nice* surprise.

*maybe.

Anyone else a bit surprised that demand would be high for an early-round league cup game away at Watford on a weeknight?

I've got my ticket. Wouldn't usually go to a midweek game, especially with work the next day, but it's a cheap ticket and a straightforward journey so making the effort. Anyone fancy we could win it based on Watford's form so far this season?

Also, there's quite a few London-based CCFC fans for whom this might be one of the only games they can get to this season. That's the case for me at least.

Considering it. Working in Uxbridge the next day which plays a bad factor, it’s not far but I cba to stay out. Feel quite comfortable that ST holders won’t take them all.

Cheap and somewhere we don't go every season. Have we ever played there since it was all done up? Last time I remember going there was still no stand in use along one side of the ground.

We've only taken 1 each (3 total) but could have had 18 so was tempted to take 15 kids prices at a £1 so that season tickets sell them all out - maybe I'll save that trick for one of the small allocation away games :)

That was a dire 0-0 in Spring 2012 if memory serves, I was there for every gripping minute of it...
