For a team that bang on so much about being such a "big club", they ain't half fucking tin pot. Massive club that struggles with a big away following.
Imagine them playing somebody like Newcastle. The whole shit hole of a town would come to a stand still.
Absolute jokers!

I think those adamant over 'away games only' may not be going to that many after all.

They gave it the billy big bollocks before they came to the Ricoh with massive threats about smashing the memorial garden and JH a statue and got a hiding.
Roll on 6 months later the old school SBA turned up at their gaff then kicked the shit out of their well hard fat ignorant so called fans and they were left crying like lesbians as it didn’t go their way. 100 SBA would still put them in their arse.
Justice personified.

Not suggesting anyone does this. But surely this heightens the chances of serious disorder as many CCFC will go into the home end?

Could they not move the location of the away fans or just employ more police?

Even if a few CCFC went in with Sunderland, they're hardly going to give it large are they? They'll only be doing it to see the match, not to hoy shite at the locals.

Think they will mate-most of the supporters clubs especially the LWCCFC are at the front of the queue even ahead of season ticket holders.

Neither are as easy as limiting away fans

Better not be. Season tickets should get first priority.
Though it would explain how the 'hatters' always get front row seats despite the ticket office telling us no seats can be chosen when purchased

Trust me we are mate. We are sponsoring 4 games this season at a cost of some £12,000 and also continue to sponsor players.
Talk is that will extend to players boots and also shorts too.
So I think there has to be some perspective regarding individuals who are paying £250 odd pounds for the season for a season ticket and a group who will probably be investing in excess of maybe £15,000 to the club. Now if I’m Mr Boddy or Mr Scope I would be more than going out of my way to keep these people happy and of course the season ticket holders who have invested as individuals.

I still disagree. If it is advertised as season ticket priority that is what it should be. While I commend sponsorship etc it has other advantages such as business promotion and im sure various hospitality perks also. Away games should not be considered as part of this in my opinion. All that happens is sponsors cant be arsed to go so give their tickets to mates who go to zero home games, putting zero income in to the club and then get priority over those going to every game.

You & those liking your post should be as ashamed of yourselves as the vast majority of City fans will be.

Your actions, &/or those you applaud, are the very sort that mean the huge support the team could've had on the day is no longer possible. Decent fans have been robbed.

Season tickets will still be a priority and if there is an allocation of some 1500 for Sunderland I’m sure that the other 1400 will be a priority for season tickets.

Can't move the fans as season tickets have already been sold for the rest of the ground. Reading on their forum, the plan may be to move away fans in 2020/21. And their fans already have enough issues with their local police. Imagine if the Northumbria Police were to turn up in larger numbers.

You miss my point. Season ticket holders should be given the first priority. If this is shared with members sponsors etc then so be it but all have an equal chance to purchase them. I accept you personally are taking advantage of a perk but I disagree entirely and will raise this with the club directly

Yes do and see what responses you get and keep us all informed as I’m sure other season ticket holders will want clarification too.:emoji_thumbsup:

Can't se the problem with it myself.
Its not like ST holders are going to miss out because of it.
I'd imagine a fair few members of these clubs are ST holders anyway.

If we are limited to 1500 then we should do the same for them.

The club need to have a backbone on this, forget about the few extra quid.

It will only matter for one more game.

Next season we will be in the Championship, and they will be mid League one or even League two, as their parachute payments will have finished and the high wages will bite them hard.

Why on earth would people investing this sort out of money not get first refusal ?. Top marks to you.

Personally I’d like clarification on that issue. The point as I see it is that as season ticket holders we are told we have ‘priority’ on away tickets. If, as you claim, the club actually gives precedence to certain supporters’ groups this should be common knowledge.

What happens when there are only 400 away tickets available and a fans’ group has 100 members? Are you suggesting those members get priority over the season ticket holders? Because if so that’s wrong, or at least should be common knowledge.

If a group spends £x on sponsorship etc, how much does that cost each member of the group? Do shirt sponsors get priority? Who else does? Should be clear to everyone so they know what their money gets them. IMHO.

Put simply, those who put most money in get more stuff. Do you think as a season ticket holder you get the same priority as some who pumps in 5 or 10 times as much to the club ?

The only reason fairweather fans get to go to any games (inc Wembley) is we haven’t got enough fans paying into the pot.

I know 3 derby fans who didn’t get to play off finals last year despite going to 20 games each last season, as majority were away

So because the police and stewards up there are incompetent the allocation gets reduced. From what I remember the vast majority of the 'trouble' seemed to exist only in their heads. In an age where everything is on camera was there ever any pictures or videos that showed up of the supposed carnage?

Sponsors would be with the likes of Fisher in the main stand, all clubs have to provide that facility for visiting teams. It shouldn't come out of the general allocation, especially when in this division that can be very limited.

You can go on the club website and see what you get for various sponsorship packages, nowhere does it say you get priority on away tickets. Where do you draw the line? Each player sponsor could be a company or supporters group covering hundreds of people, do you give them all priority?

I’d imagine they just get a few kept to one side for away games and have done for a while. The lesser the allocation the less they get. Probably used by season ticket holders who would be buying anyway so just stops them doing it at 9am when they go on sale like the rest of us.

How many times in the past have the club announced a few more tickets going on sale for sold out away games, probably supporters clubs returning the ones they haven’t used.

Every season ticket holder will still get access to any away game they want as normal.

On a side note to Adge's post, Juggy's business (who most know is at the forefront of the l&wccfc supporters club) has a box at the club (Ricoh, and next season St Andrews). They sponsor the home and away shorts for the team, in addition they are sponsoring 2 players, 4 away games and boots for 3, possibly 4 players. Juggy gets access to a limited number of tickets as a result. The vast majority of l&wccfc members are season ticket holders, as mentioned on Adge's post. Nothing to aggravate others, I wouldn't have thought? A successful supporters club supporting the team.

You refer to it being justice...you're condoning it. And trying to attack me by calling me names like your 15yrs old daughter might have called her schoolmates 5yrs ago. Were she not with you at games - I bet you'd be giving it large (you might even though she is with you).

Most City fans were themselves disgusted at the behaviour of small minded & a small number of fans that disgrace the good eggs amongst us. They just want to support the team on matchdays.

Can you fuck off with your football fan dislike? You don't even know coab to make those comments do you?

Stick to your free wasps tickets and climbing up their arse, you have showed how little of an interest you have in ccfc.

I don't even know why you bother, you spend all your time talking shit about Brexit and make out how great wasps are. Go and have a cuddle with them.
