I have no idea who Wesley Jobello is, or where Martinque is.

Let’s hope we can get more goals out of him than 2 in 37 games. Maybe he got a shedload or assists?

So he's French.. He'll either play one match and go home. Play for half a season a claim his children are home sick, then go home or impregnate the new goal keeping coach's daughter, then go home

Or become Max's bestie and they'll set League 1 alight !

Are we liable to require a work permit for him as he's represented a national club outside of Europe ?

I don't know much about Ligue 2. Is it comparable in standard to our Championship, or League One, or even League Two?

Overall it’s roughly comparable to League One standards. Some of the teams at the top end of the league certainly wouldn’t struggle in the Championship though. So it’s probably a mix of the two really.

I like the look of this signing. Always nice to sign a player from the league above in another country.

The team is starting to shape up nicely.

Looks very good in this compilation.

Like the look of him, has a lot to offer all over the pitch, well the left side anyway.
Cant wait for the season to start, teams coming together, players returning, it could be a good one.

Technically he's signing from a third tier French team - his got relegated from Ligue 2 last year.

EDIT: They may still be Ligue 2 as two other teams might be relegated instead due to finances.

Played for Ajaccio and Clermont in Ligue 2, and never played in Ligue 3.

Very clearly a Ligue 2 player.

Trouble is, we've been blinded by exotic imports before. Denzel Slager, anyone? Who was the last player we signed from abroad that was actually any good?
