I see it’s a two and a half year deal, does someone know something we don’t about the Wasps/Sisu court case and no ground for next year ?

So far I've seen it said this means Willis is gone, Davies is gone and now something about the court case/ground issue. City fans love jumping to conclusions.

Maybe we are letting Wasps have Willis and Davies to settle the court stuff so as we owed Darren a favour for throwing our games we signed his son?

Maybe he signed and came here and made the move but it couldn't be made official? Wasn't going to play anyway so probably didn't matter.

He is also going to Wasps.
And sorry to add to all the pissing on chips here, but an anagram of Declan Drysdale is ' Dead -Cry lads.'

That proves we are being kicked out in the summer and the end of Coventry City.

There are 3 letters left over from the anagram and they are ELN. I am guessing they must stand for an abbreviation of 'English League No,' so therefore a refusal by the English League (which is obviously what the Football League is also known as). English League says No to move.

Sorry to be the harbinger of more bad news.

Or English National League... probably more fitting

I think the lad is very much one for the future. I think he has yet to play in the EFL, having played once in the National League and one appearance in the FA Cup for Tranmere. The interest from Fulham seems to have been in 2017? He hasn't been round Tranmere first team this season

Hopefully a good bit of scouting and he can develop in to a good asset given our success in training the development squad & academy. Good luck to him and welcome

From the look of it his contract expired in the summer with them so hasnt played this season.

Wonder if he has even trained?

Surely it is business as normal until otherwise.

Companies keep going until they can no longer keep going. We have to, as a club, continue business as usual.

Just what sort of message would it send if we only brought players in until the summer? The place would implode.

This makes sense.

Carry on regardless, until they kick us out .

You know what this is needs a question about how the club can plan for 2 and a half years when they have no plan for where to play next season

The telegraph and CCFC official ought to separate these signings. I get all excited at the headline of a signing to discover it’s a ‘one for the future Under 21 jobbie.

It’s good business sense but not quite the same as signing a first team ready player.

It does say:

The 19 year-old, is predominantly a centre-back and will link-up with Jason Farndon’s Under-23 side.
