No, you brought her up because apparently she is a superfan who wanted her belly tickled? (as opposed to somebody who wanted to watch football with her dad and other family members)

I'm not missing the difference. You missed the irony that you slag others off because they wanted to watch their team play and you "missed out", meanwhile you go on and on about the reasons you can't go anyway when we play in Coventry.

Never mentioned your daughter, you bought her up first so please stop saying that.

You're right, I did miss out along with many others, because I/we couldn't go and watch Coventry City play in Coventry.

The point is you expressed froth at the mouth outrage about those attending Sixfields as due to morality (lol) you would not attend - when in reality you'd hardly attend much anyway

Why this needs to be explained 50 times I am unsure

Because you, and Nick, have it wrong and keep arguing back.

But you could have watched them if you wanted to. Stop faking moral outrage its embarrassing

No, you don't get it do you? You brought her up by having a dig, the same as you tried to have a dig at me.

Are you that simple?

What's wrong about what I have said? I have used your own quotes and pointed out the contradiction and the irony. I have also pointed out the things you have posted I am waiting for you to confirm / backup.

I have pointed out you having digs at people who went to watch their team while you missed out. Meanwhile you keep going on about why you can't go anyway when we are in Coventry?

Or wait until someone says their numbers, then just add one.

Then we can get on to the real arguments, like my dad is stronger than your dad etc...
Yours probably is. Mine is 88 and struggles to open a packet of crisps.

Okay Nick, if that's what you think.

We should never have been in Sixfields in the first place. 0 attendance would likely have seen a swifter return to Coventry IMO.

The problem with you, and others who did go (and this isn't a dig before you take it the wrong way), is you'll never understand how much it hurt watching CCFC play there, to those that did not go to Sixfields.

It's a horrible part of the club's history, one that I don't want to see repeated, but I fear it happening again and people letting it happen.

If you can find anything wrong with that, then I'd be astounded.

It's not about what I think. It is what you posted.....

Oh, I can fully understand it. There are plenty who did actually miss out who don't try and have digs, strangely enough it was (and seemingly still is) the people who don't go anyway who like to try the digs.

The problem with you is, you don't go anyway even when we do play in Coventry so you won't understand what it would be like for people who did actually miss out. You have reeled off all the reasons why you can't go already, so it makes that sort of shite even more meaningless when somebody like you posts it.

It's like me mourning for a pub I go to twice a year if it closes. I don't doubt it hurt a lot of people and I do fully understand it. Not when it's somebody who doesn't go anyway trying to preach about it.

Again, inaccurate. You probably assumed that I was one of the "I won't go to the Ricoh until SISU leave", so you may have had a point. However, I was honest and said I get to as many as possible, so you jump on that instead. Like I said on a previous post, I'm there next Saturday, so you can add that to your tally that you keep on SBT posters.

Sorry, you go to a few games a season. Where have I said anything about you boycotting?

And some more ironic nonsense from you, it's getting funnier that you can't see it. You were the one who started the digs on people going to games.

You don't have the intelligence to back up the things you say, you preach about me not knowing what it was like for people missing out not realising that you didn't have the foggiest either.

It's the typical sheep type, just repeat things that others say without having any clue what they are saying or how to back it up.

Do you think people who attended sixfields should wear Pajamas and a star at games now so “we know who they are”

For the record I went to two games having been a season ticket holder for 40 years previous and I’ve never given it a thought since so yes I find it pretty strange that someone who toddles along now and again would be the slighted bit bothered.

I wasn’t bothered then and I’m certainly not now.

If it happens again I’ll be getting a season ticket as this time it’s very obvious where the blame lies

Just out of interest, how far would you travel?

Have you a red line you wouldn't cross? 30 miles? 40 miles? 50 miles?

Just curious.

As long as I can get there in 60 - 70 minutes - pretty easy to do that to Northampton

I’d wager quiet confidently over the years I have been to more away matches than you have Ricoh games.

Given that I’ve been to more away games than there have been games at the Ricoh it’s hardly a boast is it

Yes and I agree with you 100%. Sisu have again ran off to the court so as you have said, we know where the blame lies.

First priority for me above all else would be knowing the club we are going to and its fans are happy with it all.

Quite often hear of our fans talking about playing in Nuneaton and there seems to be no thought of whether they want us there or not.

My first thought has always been what would Nuneaton fans think about it. How do the people of Nuneaton feel about it?

I don't think I would travel to Nuneaton. Not a 100% stance on it, but I just don't feel it would be right.

Would have to have a long think.

Jeez! About time @Nick and @ccfc92 move on. Lets stop with all this cobblers. Nick we know takes his daughter (although that is probably as a JSB so minimal cost to him) and he lives in Coventry?
@ccfc92 lives away from the area so the cost implications (which he has specified) dictate how many games he can attend per season, so every game is like an away game for him. Just out of interest Nick-how many away games do you manage to get too per season?

If worse came to the worst I have grave doubts the EFL will relent and let us play outside Coventry. My fear the EFL will apply the rule book a bit more rigidly this time.

Usually do about 10 away games a season.

Think you have missed the point entirely ;) He was the one who tried to make the point, turns out he hardly goes anyway. Irrelevant of reasons.

If I was preaching about being stopped from going to away games and others not understanding and I only went to a handful a year anyway then it would be similar at least.

No just thought it may be relative regarding costs/travel etc regarding both of you.

As previously said, you don't read what's written, there's no point conversing with you on the matter any more.

The fact that a couple of posters have picked up and understood on my points raised, shows its clearly you who doesn't get it.

This is very boring now, so I'm leaving it here.

He was the one preaching about being stopped from going to games in Coventry and "people like me" not understanding what its like. There's no point then talking about how expensive it is and hassle to go to them in Coventry as it kind of devalues the outrage.

What haven't I read? Quote it. I have already asked you to point it out. The same as pointing out who has said I am wrong and the other bits when you tried to have a dig.

It's you that isn't getting it, I have quoted your posts and pointed out the contradictions.

I expect you won't acknowledge those though.

You can't really reason with people who don't have a mind of their own unfortunately. They just stall constantly waiting for somebody else to post to then try and get away from the things they have been asked.

If in doubt, they just make things up.

You pick up on posters on here that don't go at all, question them etc.

You probably assumed I never went because some people don't or won't until sisu go. I was honest and said I get to as many as I can. I normally aim for 20+ home games and 10+ away games if I can afford to. If work is good, I get to more.

You then jumped on the "I don't go to every game" then make out I go to a few. It's really simple?

If I never go to any games at all and was shouting about not being able to, your points would make sense, but that's not the case?

Anyway, I'm sure you'll dissecct that and come up with another rambling.
