Good grief. Anyone would think the Queen had died.

Endless newspaper headlines and debates about it on 5Live. 'Should they stand down' , 'Should they be kicked off', 'Was the apology sincere enough'?

Pretty much a story not even worth discussing is it. Who cares? Really?

Driving me nuts how many times it is mentioned on 5Live and in the papers.

Im baffled how married people go on it. The large percentage of them will be at it with their partners.

Yeah an easy line to cross with all that contact I guess
Assuming the chemistry is right and you're not Anne Widdicombe or Russel Grant!!

What I don't get is how he even got away with going for a drink with his dance partner on his missus birthday?

Imagine that conversation "I know its your birthday, but im going to go for a drink with the woman ive been grinding up against all day"

I mean it's all staged to be fair to up the rating. Always been more soap opera than dance competition

This has been rediculous, the press has been completely out of order on this. It happens nearly every series and rarely gets mentioned.

Brendon was engaged to another dancer and had an affair with natasha kaplinski

Flavia was in a long term relationship with another dancer and had an affair and left him for Matt DiAngelo

She them had a fling with Jimi Mistry behind matts back, left him and got married to Jimi

George mayfoot had a fling behind her boyfriends back and then dumped him for the dancer Giovanni

Rachel Riley had an affair behind her husbands back and then left him for Pasha

I'm sure there are others...I Just don't get why this Shaunn fella has been completely hung out to dry on this, which was essentially a cheeky drunken snog. It should have been dealt with between him and his now ex, and Katya and her fella.

Tbf Katya is FIT....I'd be tempted ;)

It has been blown up because of "womans rights" and the statement she made though. "im not a victim".

Nobody said she was. Her boyfriend was a twat, she sacked him off.

Imagine if they were married with kids like some of them have been. Might be a cynical view but his ex girlfriend is probably going to end up on celebrity big brother or something like that.

Of course he was wrong to be out getting off with his dance partner in the street. Others have done much worse and caused much more hurt.

Unless they sign some kind of conduct clause, it's a bit of tittle-tattle that'll get people watching but let's not pretend anything serious has happened. The BBC has tolerated worse than some people having a kiss

It would take him bending her over the desk and high fiving a judge to make me watch it!

What a story...two people in relationships with others have a passionate kiss. Not like that doesn’t happen every day.

Yeah but women love it, they will watch to see their connection when dancing now.

Annoys me that BBC continually report on their own programs as 'news'.

Don't find the bloke remotely funny in his day job either.

I've always find it depressing that many of most read stories on the bbc news page are mind numbing 'entertainment' stories.
