Someone is messing about. The intro and the career stats bits haven't been filled out

I've also heard this earlier today. Never heard of him but from that YouTube vid on the other thread he looks comfortable on the ball.

Hmm we don't have a great record with signing from abroad in recent years but he looks a decent player. Would be interesting to see if he comes in as first choice or not.

Seems decent and the Dutch league is pretty good compared to L1.... could turn out to be a quality signing.

Seems a bit from left field but I think the guy who took over from Widdrington was Norwich European scout so could be where this has come from. It would clearly be a gamble based on his injury but Thompson and Williams being highly thought of could offer a safety net.

Any comment on the transfer strategy Charles?
Hiwula is a good signing but would have preferred him in a week or two ago. Signing a goalscorer now doesn't make up for the fact that we've gone the whole of pre-season without one and took nearly a month to replace McNulty. Hopefully he can hit the ground running but it could take him a while to gel which could be troublesome early doors.

Has anyone heard bollucks quite like this before hahaha
Alright big man, how about we don't bother having a pre-season next year seeing as they don't matter. See how far that gets us. Sure if Hiwula doesn't score in his first 5 games you won't be pulling out any 'he just needs time to gel' excuses chief.

Nope, but I just typed in CCFC Charlie and this is the only thing that kept coming up.

You are sounding a bit desperate.

We signed Adam Armstrong not that long before the season started...He didn’t do to badly in league 1 did he!?

Also Robins has said this isn’t a direct replacement for McNulty so possibly something else in the pipeline

It’s always good to sign players then bed them in for a couple of weeks doesn’t always happen, going back years out of the blue we signed Ernie Hunt (r.i.p.) and Chris Cattlin on the day before playing reigning champions Manchester United, Charlton, Law, Best and all both starring in an unlikely 2-0 win. Good players can always play.
