what's happening with their 5 point plan

"Take step back about last months. I stepped away and Anderson was focal point for contact".

"I had better things in my life to be doing"

"Re 5 point plan - blown off course. Need to generate more cash. No one more disappointed than me after our downfall last season"

"First priority is the football team"

Kieran Crowley said when he left the 5 point plan was SISU bullshit written by them which was forced to be published

Ben "We have nothing, the club is worthless. We have a manger per year basis. How do you think you will get £70m asking price"
TF "When looking at businesses, you look at where they are on the cycle. When you balance the pedals and you are at plus £1m, it gives you a chance"
Ben "Tim, you have failed and you need to resign"

Juggy "You talk about trust and moving fwd. 2nd Jan 15, you published your 5 point plan. We gave you time and good will. Whats happened, as it seems as you ant to start again"
TF "Last 12 months, so we are clear, I stepped away so CA stepped in. CA has now left and I am back in cockpit. 5 point plan, we keep getting blown off course. We cant generate enough cash."

CA looked at it all and clearly decided Ling term at the Ricoh is the only option. Wasps effectively said drop the pointless legal action you won win. SISU said no CA realised there was no other option and left.So what can you do that he can no TF?

CWR "is there not any though to let someone else have a go Tim ?"
TF "These are the rules of the game, I have to run at break even. Forget liquidation, you aren't going to start off on tier 8"

1st question - "9 years of failure and mediocrity. Is there anytime that you can point to which is an improvement in that time"

TF - "we were losing £15m a year and this year we will make £1m"

"as a board we have bought financial stability, but maintain a sense of hope"
Yep, cut loses for sure, but team has tumbled down the leagues.

Can't see how that is a positive. Improvement and worsening in one go.

I'm sure we could drop down to non league and make a profit. Let's do that then.

Owners are an investment management company

Wouldn't be minded to just sell up and walk away

At this time they have a cost less option

Not for a moment defending position club is in

Rules of game are have to run at break even as don't want club to go bust

Forget duey eyed nonsense (coming back from the ashes)

Joy may look to claw back as much value as she possibly could

If running st a cost less option why would you not keep it running, not crystallise (forget his last word)

Most important thing is the club exists

Don't have a sugar mommy / daddy

£40m put into Brighton last 2 years

CWR "if someone came along who was prepared to put in £40m, would SISU step away and let them do that ?
TF "there is not a queue"
