I've been doing a manager career with cov on legendary, it's so hard. Managed to get promoted through the playoffs but pretty every game is 1-0 and all the teams are so good on the ball.
I tried pes again but it's so weird how the ball doesn't bounce properly, it just slides along the floor.
How's everybody doin on fut? I'm division 5 but a real struggle this year so far.

Had another little blast on Ultimate Team online last night. The standard style of playing on this FIFA appears to be holding the ball up every time you pass it to someone, then hold down "through ball" and hope your 96 pace striker somehow gets through on goal.
Absolutely no thought behind it, but it's effective and 6 out of 7 people I played last night did this.

I havent played Ultimate Team for a while, the glitches pissed me off too much.
Every game is bound to have lag, usually close the half time.
3 out of 5 games last time they scored from kick off even with me trying to hack them down it somehow meant their player took about 7 players on to score.

FUT is a pain in the ass as normal but I've not conceded a goal from kickoff once yet. The thing that gets me is you are guaranteed to lose against lower rated teams and win against higher rated.
I'm also enjoying career mode, was finding it too difficult on world class and too easy on professional but I'm starting to get it now. Beat Oxford away 4-0 last night on world class, omens are good.

If it's anything like the last couple of pro evos then you wait about 10 mins to find a game. The servers may be gash on Fifa, but you're pretty much guaranteed to find a game.

Can anyone recommend a good cheap striker at our level? I signed a cracking left winger who can also play up front. 3 games in and he's got a broken leg. I've re-signed Cody McDonald from Gillingham but would like someone a bit better if I can. Only got 10k wage budget with no transfer money so looking for a loanee really.
