Yep, the census will show things like age and education by region. That would then be matched against the result in each region. So they could say we know x number of people in Coventry are degree educated and we know y number of people voted remain. They can then plot that for each region and bingo, you have the graphical representation.
The worldwide recession was caused by a whole industry (banking) driven by ignorance, arrogance and greed. They hoodwinked the worlds governments and people of all nations...and we are still dealing with the fallout. This referendum is partly due to the failure of governments to control the excesses of the bankers

Oddly enough a leave vote could lead to increased EU regulation of UK banks. At the moment the UK is exempt from the regulations but in place after the crash, leaving the Bank of England solely responsible. However we will now need to make a new agreement with the EU to have any hope of retaining our financial services sector. They could insist on the UK now implementing the EU regulations.
How they will balance that with the Conservative desire to make the UK some sort of tax haven for the super rich I have no idea as they will want less regulation.
Well I do realise that it was 52% of 72% of the eligible to vote population not 52% of the population for starters. So in the intellect and informed stakes I'm already one step ahead of yourself.

How is that going to work in practice as the border control will now be in the UK and therefore they can claim asylum.
