I too went to Caludon thai but left in 1970.I was in Talbot and Greene houses.We had great football teams back then,and I played for Coventry Boys alongside several other Caludon lads.

Same here (left 1959) where some of staff wore mortar boards and gowns - used to scare the shit out of me - some real psycho teachers then all with unbelievable accuracy with chalk rubber from 10 yards - OUCH !!

I was always getting the cane. Pretty much every day. I was a right rebel! Smoking, truancy, refusing to do homework, lateness, fighting, you name it, I did it! It's a wonder I ever got through to the end! I absolutely hated school.
