The ideal new manager... (1 Viewer)

As much as the managerial merry-go-round sucks, right now I'd be happy with a been-there-got-the-T-shirt kind of manager. Yes, the same old names appear all over the leagues, but that isn't a bad thing for a club in our state. A Gary Johnson / Phil Brown type, who knows his stuff. Not exciting, but what we need imho.

Spot on, that's exactly the sort of route we should take. A league two or one pro. Need to accept our level and work to it. We're now equal to your Rochdales, Fleetwoods of the league in the pulling stakes. I dare say Portsmouth have more pulling power to sign players over us too.

literally take anyone, nothing is going to change until sisu go, so why not get richard shaw, noel whelan or lee carsley in, they wont have any more money to move in the market, so why not?

Imagine a dream team of Dennis Wise and Micky Adams. The motivator and the experienced manager combined...

I can only think of two. Jesus or Derren Brown.

Unless anyone knows of any other miracle workers.
