Referee was absolutely pathetic all game, bottled the big decisions, the day was too much for him.

According to Sky the new rules were "Sunderland can do what they want".

I think that because he got a yellow during the game nothing can be done retrospectively. If the ref had missed it then there could have been retrospective action.

It would have been a red in the Prem. VAR would of told the ref to look at it again. He was close to it anyway and bottled it.
