We need the best and most proven defensive coach we can attract. We are not a charity providing a retirement plan for ex players.

Aled Williams is white, there is no derogatory way to call a white person a monkey, it’s connotations to black or brown people. So its not actually anything wrong with it
You would think Viveash would know plenty about defensive coaching - ex CB and all that!
We've already got an ex Chelsea coach, let's go and get a Man City Reserve / Youth coach and start signing all their ex players.

We do need a new goalkeeping coach.
Our outfield players generally improve while they are at the club but 3 goalkeepers in a row now have regressed from when they first broke into the team.
