Lots of positives from today. We probably should have won the game, away at a team with a lot of genuine Premier League talent. Thought defence looked good, particularly Thomas. Hamer excellent as always (we need to clone him). Simms started slowly but started to come into it. Haji Wright looks like he'll score goals. Very exciting player.

Palmer looked great till Hamer went off I thought. For 70mins I thought we were pretty comfortable and then the changes and a decent goal set us back.

Loads for me. Once it starts to click were gonna be good. Few times today Simms and godden fucked it up with the one twos. But once they get that relationship going

So many positives. We have been so used to losing to them with a wimper. Today by far the better side. No one could have complained had we been 3 up mid way through 2nd half.

And we will only get better. But a really good starting point.

Fadz still doesn’t play like he’s 43.

Palmer fittest I’ve seen him.

Wilson starting despite people being convinced that we would drop the golden glove winner for a league 1 keeper. Laughable.

Leicester better side first half without really creating much. For the 20mins after we scored we had enough chances and half chances to finish game.
Lots of positives…Thomas will become a fan fav, fadz as good as ever, palmer can make this his season.
Simms v heavy first touch…will improve. All in all great to be back watching CCFC.
