Don’t realistically see what options he has. Clubs are bidding for Johnson at Forest after 6 months in the Championship
It gives us next year to have a shot at promotion, (assuming we don't go up this year) and still leaves some time on his contract.
Shame it's only an extra year but still good news. If he can find a pair of shooting boots he'll be gone long before then anyway.

Very good news although some don't agree he is one of our better players and rather than let him walk for free get him on an extended contract

Cant believe he’s already played 111 games for us. Only chipped in with 8 goals though which as we all know he needs to improve on. Very happy though he has extended his deal
