Because it means people can get angry. Of course if it's predicted then there will never ever be any set backs or even some improved healing meaning it's quicker.

It's one of those injuries where it's difficult to give an accurate estimate
There were some worst case scenario fears but these were kept in house - as they should be in cases like this
