Wembley Ticket Update | Ticket Office closed today with general sale put back to 2pm on Tuesday

"We are reconciling updated figures but can confirm that there will be a 3rd phase general sales period – now from 2pm on Tuesday – for supporters to book ONLINE ONLY.
On Wednesday, the Ticket Office will focus on dispatching all tickets digitally to the email address you provided, which you can then have as a print-at-home ticket or store on a smartphone."

Good idea. Though we basically did that by saying disabled only at the TO and everyone ignored them.

That's the fuck wittery of the general public for you? Where my wife works a disabled fan was stressed over problems trying to secure his disabled ticket.
If one category of fan deserves the option and convenience of online booking, surely it is disabled fans?
The club must know who the disabled fans are? So even the ability to arrange it by email would make more senses than making them attend the ticket office.
