Judicial Review? TSB?

So has the time limit passed for an appeal, does anyone know?

I would have thought that SISU would appeal the decision and take the legal process as far as they can. The Judges summation was pretty strong in favour of CCC so that appeal is unlikely to succeed in the end but in the meantime it ties people and funds up in legal red tape. But thats just a best guess

From past events they also seem to leave to the last minute to do this - so expect something to copme out in next couple of days

I think the deadline for the appeal was pretty short, I'd got it in my head that they only had a few days though where I got that from I don't know.

The formal rules are here if you're really, really bored.

That section seems to talk about seven days, which would presumably mean today at the latest. Given the fairly clear knockback from the judge, and TF's subsequent lack of crowing or threats, I reckon it's unlikely that SISU will appeal and expose themselves to further costs.

In fact, although I can't prove it, I think they've already missed the boat....

If it's seven working days for lawyers and judges, then probably still got a couple of weeks left!

Probably not worth reading the formal rules because let's face it when have any rules been followed by any governing body in this saga
