Had a heart attack whilst at training. Shocking to think a bloke of that age with that level of fitness gets struck down like that. Not the first too.

The only place it would have been better for him to have it was in hospital major clubs have will have doctors and lots of good equipment at them.

To think I actively eat certain foods and exercise regularly to avoid such things later on in life...I mean I'm eating a pack of fucking almonds right now simply because they're good for my heart.
Yet someone only 10 years my senior in peak physical condition, has his own chef probably, has money to access the top health care still has a heart attack.
