Isnt it actually illegal to resell football tickets? Think it is but a blind eye is generally the rule if it's supporters getting shot of spares at face value.

I think just football tickets and they added the Olympics when they were here. The get out is that you can resell them with the clubs permission so some of the big clubs have deals with the secondary sites and get a cut on the resold tickets.

Bands do the same thing, in fact a good chunk of tickets for the most popular artists are diverted straight to the secondary sites to be sold at massively inflated prices.
