Ruffian may as well have not ruled out the 5 or 6 names that he did. Wouldn't have made any difference trying to guess out of them lot!

He's just signed a new contract with Notts county the other day.
He's literally never ever been right about anything yet every transfer window he's there making up shit and people eat it up
Has Ruffian ruled out Samuel? That would be my guess. Someone will have to narrow it down to the ones that Ruffian hasn't ruled out and that are an actual possibility.

Obviously Ruffian has dismissed some of the other out of contract players such as Best.
How we've fallen over the past couple of seasons, that I actually wouldn't mind seeing him back here!
The only one I'd take out of them is Maguire. The rest are garbage
Yeah CBR impressed for Leamington and Jeffers has scored 29 in 40 odd games for Chelmsford in the National League South

I watched CBR at Leamington and I have to say he is not ready to play in league 2. I would be very underwhelmed if it was anyone but Maguire.
I'd be very happy if we can lure Chris Maguire here, he ticks the set piece box and would play the 10 role very well. But that's where I've pencilled McNulty in.
