How do you get the upgrades for the live players?

Based on real world results. If the club the player plays for wins 2 of the next 4 league matches it's +1, and if their team scores 8 goals over the next 4 is another +1.

Oh ha, don't actually fancy the chances of us clearing those from:

Ipswich
Blackburn
QPR

All of those potentially have something to play for
