They already make it more expensive for 4K, and there is hardly anything on there.

Not much stuff gets added at all

I am not sure I would bother downloading it to my phone or something, I am never anywhere without the internet.

I guess if you have limited data and want to watch it on a journey it would work though!

Nah, Internet will get more ubiquitous not less. They might expand to a model where you can pay to have permanent access including downloads though, a bit like how Amazon Prime lets you buy some shows and watch others for free.

If it wasn't for cartoons series for kids I wouldn't buy it.
