Not really. Most councils bend over backwards to help their local clubs - it's only because we have spineless people like you who assume position and unquestioningly part your legs every time the council enters you room that we are where we are.

Most local clubs don't take their council to court to try and wrestle assets off them.

As always G, your memory only goes back so far.

It is clear that Sisu have created a huge vacuum which Wasps have readily and quite legitimately filled.
The Council are happy because they have a partner they can trust and one that brings investment and jobs to Coventry. JLR are happy for similar reasons. Rugby fans in East Midlands are happy to see top class sport amid top class facility.
The mugs in all this are Sisu who wouldn't know how to run a football club if their lives depended on it. They're utterly pitiful and Fisher a disaster.
The Council, btw, have responsibilities to the ratepayer and cannot save a football club from its owners. That is not and never will be its duty.

All the hype around JLR will not benefit the City as most of their employees will never set foot inside the boundary to live and most certainly not shop

Johnathan Ross made a good point on this yesterday on Radio 2. He pointed out that Preston are top of this list but if you actualy go to Preston in his opinion they are the friendliest happiest people in the country. So what does this poll actually mean? Have a shitty town centre and be happy. So its not all bad
