Er no he didn’t and there we go again

Yes he did. But we've been over that one a hundred times.

You still haven't explained the handshake thing, you keep dodging that point, can you put that one to bed for us?

My position was that he shouldn't have shaken hands and boasted about it, the NHS should be better funded and he shouldn't have made a joke about 'Operation Last Gasp'.

That was literally it and no I won't retreat from that.

Apparently that means I want Johnson to die a horrible death and will celebrate it.

That wasn't literally it though was it, it came across as though you were glad he was ill. I never said you wanted him dead.

Oh I stand 100% by those in fact i can say with certainty absolute certainty if there is a recovery it will be suggested he lied about the illness was not really ill and was an attempt to create much needed popularity

I gave you an out and you doubled down. Have a good day

Hopefully should do, if you look at all the results from Tuesdays they have always been higher as it lags a bit at the weekend, still looks like peak in the next week or so

Yes that was literally it!

If you thought it came across that I was glad he is ill then you read what wasn't there.

Yes, they all controlled the outbreak effectively at the outset. Not a chance we're anywhere near where they are.

Pretty simple really. I could die today and they report it on Thursday, it goes into Thursday's figures rather than today's.

No he didn’t say it all (I assume it’s the this morning interview) he didn’t say operation last breath (would have been a pretty funny one liner but hey) and he did t shake hands it was just a Pr visit and statement - one not dodged it and showed other leaders doing the same thing

Yep interesting figures on this from earlier in the thread below.

The key bit:

"This is important.

In the end the numbers must match, so the daily counts we get at 14:00 will miss the peak, which will come earlier than it appears because we will go on recording many deaths in hospitals even when the rates are declining fast"

He is reported to have said 'Operation Last Gasp' and did not deny it when asked.

And you think that's a funny one liner? After all your preaching about dignity over the last few days? You fucking hypocrite.

You keep saying he didn't shake hands, we know that's what you think, but what you keep ignoring is why did he say on national television that he did?

Seen something today suggesting 66k, don't personally think it will get like that

20,000 is during this period it’s likely at some point we will have to live with it

He made a throwaway remark regarding shaking hands - big deal,

Operation last gasp was bollocks as 59 of the 60 people on the call have not said he said it and if he did it would have been funny

Why do you keep saying he never shook hands? He said himself he did. Or do you think it's another of his lies?

You're just talking shit now. It's quite funny.

Apparently I'm an awful c**t for saying Boris should take it on the chin but you're fine to say Operation Last Gasp is funny, while thousands of people die, many because they can't get a ventilator.

What the hell is wrong with you?

You are not right in the head.

Here we go finally, it's a throwaway comment now is it? Get back to counting all your likes on your posts and talking to your imaginary friends in your PMs and stop chatting absolute shit.

Yeah "shaking hands not a big deal" is a bit fucked up tbh

Exactly which dom is why you see less deaths at the weekend as it seems that the people reporting deaths at the trusts don't do as much of a weekend

You're right he didn't. He was reported to have said, on a call to manufacturers, that efforts to source ventilators should be called operation last gasp.

He was given the chance to clear it up at the following days press conference but when asked if he thought that was appropriate but instead of denying it he gave a load of waffle.
I think what I want and what all businesses want, to explain what I was saying, is an end to suffering. And that is why they are working incredibly hard in the next few weeks. And we really only have a few weeks to build literally thousands of ventilators this country will need. The British industry, manufacturers, are responding to this challenge with incredible energy and determination.

It's interesting to see someone who was calling everyone a c**t last night for daring to say a bad word about Johnson while he's ill also find it funny to take the piss out of people dying from lack of ventilators. But then again that's classic Tory ain't it, protect their own and fuck the peasants.

It's pretty incredible, I actually can't believe it. He called me every name under the sun yesterday for having the temerity to insult his precious overlord, yet he thinks it's funny to laugh at thousands of people dying?

Seriously.

I guess we all now know that he's either on the windup or is not right in the head.
